SANITATION

The Sanitation changes will include the new citywide oneDAY Sanitation program, going into effect in March.  This change will mean your trash will be picked up one day a week instead of two.  The new program has been tested with several neighborhoods to prove it will work – and it does work.  When you recycle, using the blue recycle carts, the amount of trash you have will be significantly less.  Therefore, residents will no longer need trash picked up twice a week.  You can read more about this on the Sanitation webpage http://www.onedaydallas.com/. 

CENSUS 2010

I.  One of the most important rules that we advise our community members is to never give strangers your personal information.  But assisting officials in getting accurate 2010 U.S. Census Bureau count is an important exception.  If you do not return your survey, you may be contacted by phone or visited by a census worker.  Please use the following guidelines from the Better Business Bureau:
