Liquid Zoo Sports and Cigar Bar

The short-lived Stone Elephant is now being replaced by the Liquid Zoo Sports and Cigar Bar. A family-run restaurant with one location in Terrell, the Liquid Zoo specializes in homemade burgers and fries. The will also offer specialty cigars on the patio. According to the sign in the window, they plan to open Sept 6.

In other retail development news, Pegasus News says Trader Joe's has settled on Walnut Hill and Central for one of the first Dallas stores. Many in the neighborhood were hoping they would pick the Lake Highlands Town Center but the new location is only 3.5 miles way.
