If you have not yet joined our MPUM ENP patrol program, send an email to enp@mpum.com for information about how to join.  This blog will continue to post new crime information we learn from our ENP officer.  The blog is open for now but may move to being a members only blog, to allow the members to interact with each other.  Keep watching and let us know if you need information on how to join.

Expanded Neighborhood Patrol (ENP) Details

ENP membership cost is $150 per household per YEAR. Duplexes in the neighborhood will pay $150 for the entire duplex unit. More payment methods are being introduced to make it more convenient for you to submit your payment. See options below:

PAY BY CHECK

Payment may be made by check, payable to MPUM ENP and mailed to MPUM ENP, P.O. Box 821733, Dallas, Tx  75382, along with your name, address, phone number(s) and email address.

 

PAYPAL NOW ACCEPTED!

We are now accepting Paypal payments, however, the annual fee will go to $155 to cover the Paypal fees imposed on MPUM.  To pay the Annual Fee for MPUM ENP using Paypal, just click the appropriate button below.  Use the "Buy Now" button to pay your membership fee.  Use the  "Donate" button to make a donation, over and above your membership fee.  Note: Donations are not tax deductible!

Expanded Neighborhood Patrol (ENP) is a program coordinated through the Dallas Police Department employing off-duty police officers to patrol our neighborhood. These regular DPD officers are armed, trained to make arrests, issue citations etc. and they will patrol in a DPD official police car. The police cars are equipped with computers, allowing the officers to check for outstanding warrants, stolen cars, etc. on the spot. The program brings police response within seconds to members whenever an ENP officer is on duty. The ENP officer will know how to contact members if he sees something out of order at your home. ENP officers become experts on our neighborhood, able to recognize suspicious activity. More people participating in the program from our neighborhood will result in more hours of patrolling.
