Code Compliance

Each and every single one of us, whether we own or rent, are responsible for complying with The City of Dallas' Code. Review the codes below and see if you are doing your part. The homeowner or tenant is responsible for maintaining the area between the curb in front of the house to the middle of the alley (or the back property line if there is no alley) free of litter and high weeds.

Likewise, we are all responsible for keeping our neighborhood safe and beautiful so when necessary, use the city's 311 system to report violations.
